28° Km - Lucky Man / Verve (1997)

Happyness
More or less
It's just a change me
Something in my liberty
Ooh my my

Happyness
Coming and going
I watch you look at me
Watch my fever growing,
I Know
Just where I am

Well, how many corners
Do I have to turn
how many times
Do I have to learn
All the love I have is in my mind

But I'm a lucky man
With fire in my hands

Happyness
Something in my own place
I'm stood here naked
Smiling I feel no disgrace
With who I am

Happyness
Coming and going
I watch you look at me
Watch my fever growing,
I know
Just who I am

Well,how many corners
Do I have to turn
How many times
Do I have to learn
All the love I have is in my mind
I hope you understand
I hope you understand

Ooooohhhh
No No No No No No No No
Gotta love that never dies

Happyness
More or less

It's
just a change me
Something in my liberty
Happyness
Coming and going
watch you look at me
Watch my fever growing,
I Know
ooh,my my
ooh, my my
ooh, my my
ooh, my my

Gotta love that never dies
Gotta love that never dies
Gotta love that never dies

It's just a change me
Something in my liberty
It's just a change me
Something in my liberty
It's just a change me
Something in my liberty

Ooh, my my
Ooh, my my
It's just a change me
Something in my liberty
Ooh, my my
Ooh, my my

27° km - Numb / Encore

di David Casalini (06/02/2007)

JAY-Z, LINKIN PARK

Numb / Encore (2006)

What the hell are you waiting for...

Thank you, thank you, thank you, you're far too kind

Now can I get an encore, do you want more
Cookin raw with the Brooklyn boy
So for one last time I need y'all to roar

Now what the hell are you waitin for
After me, there shall be no more
So for one last time, nigga make some noise

Get em Jay

Who you know fresher than Hov'? Riddle me that
The rest of y'all know where I'm lyrically at
Can't none of y'all mirror me back
Yeah hearin me rap is like hearin G. Rap in his prime
I'm, young H.O., rap's Grateful Dead
Back to take over the globe, now break bread
I'm in, Boeing jets, Global Express
Out the country but the blueberry still connect
On the low but the yacht got a triple deck
But when you Young, what the fuck you expect? Yep, yep
Grand openin, grand closin
God your man Hov' cracked the can open again
Who you gon' find doper than him with no pen
just draw off inspiration
Soon you gon' see you can't replace him
with cheap imitations for DESE GENERATIONS

Now can I get an encore, do you want more
Cookin raw with the Brooklyn boy
So for one last time I need y'all to roar

Now what the hell are you waitin for
After me, there shall be no more
So for one last time, nigga make some noise

What the hell are you waiting for

[sighs] Look what you made me do, look what I made for you
Knew if I paid my dues, how will they pay you
When you first come in the game, they try to play you
Then you drop a couple of hits, look how they wave to you
From Marcy to Madison Square
To the only thing that matters in just a matter of years (yea)
As fate would have it, Jay's status appears
to be at an all-time high, perfect time to say goodbye
When I come back like Jordan, wearin the 4-5
It ain't to play games witchu
It's to aim at you, probably maim you
If I owe you I'm blowin you to smithereeens
Cocksucker take one for your team
And I need you to remember one thing (one thing)
I came, I saw, I conquered
From record sales, to sold out concerts
So muh'fucker if you want this encore
I need you to scream, 'til your lungs get sore

I'm tired of being what you want me to be
Feeling so faithless lost under the surface
Don't know what you're expecting of me
Put under the pressure of walking in your shoes
(Caught in the undertow just caught in the undertow)
Every step that I take is another mistake to you
(Caught in the undertow just caught in the undertow)
And every second I waste is more than I can take

I've become so numb I can't feel you there
I've become so tired so much more aware
I'm becoming this all I want to do
Is be more like me and be less like you

I've become so numb
Can I get an encore, do you want more (more...)
I've become so numb
So for one last time I need y'all to roar
One last time I need y'all to roar

26° km - Should I stay or should I go

di David Casalini (18/01/2007)

Combat Rock - The Clash (1982)

Darling you've got to let me know
Should I stay or should I go
If you say that you are mine
I'll be here 'till the end of time
So you've got to let me know
Should I stay or should I go

It's always tease tease tease
You're happy when I'm on my knees
One day is fine and next is black
So if you want me off your back
Well, come on and let me know
Should I stay or should I go

Should I stay or should I go now?
Should I stay or should I go now?
If I go there will be trouble
And if I stay it will be double
So come on and let me know...

This indecision's bugging me (esta indecision me molesta)
If you don't want me, set me free (si no me quieres, dejame)
Exactly whom I'm supposed to be (digame que tengo ser)
Don't you know which clothes even fit me? (¿sabes que ropas me queda?)
Come on and let me know (me lo tienes que decir)
Should I cool it or should I blow? (¿me debo ir o quedarme?)

Split

Should I stay or should I go now? (¿me entra frio por los ojos?)
Should I stay or should I go now? (¿me entra frio por los ojos?)
If I go there will be trouble (si me voy va a haber peligro)
And if I stay it will be double (si me quedo es doble)
So you gotta let me know (me tienes que decir)
Should I cool it or should I blow? (me entra frio por los ojos)

Should I stay or should I go now? (¿me entra frio por los ojos?)
If I go there will be trouble (si me voy va a haber peligro)
And if I stay it will be double (si me quedo es doble)
So you gotta let me know (me tienes que decir)
Should I stay or should I go?

25° km - Beds Are Burning (4:15)

di David Casalini (28/11/2006)

Beds Are Burning
Midnight Oil - Diesel and Dust (1987)

C'è un remix tedesco del 2004 ma siamo al 25° km e non si può strafare e io vado per l'originale, siamo nel 1987 (ma wikipedia dice 1988, forse io ero avanti quando l'ascoltavo) e Diesel and Dust in realtà nemmeno era primo in classifica ma questo pezzo sui diritti degli Aborigeni Australiani è ancora bello a 18 anni di distanza e se non correte su "The time has come, to say fair's fair, to pay the rent, to pay our share." ma soprattutto come non si fa ad alzarsi dal letto dopo "How do we sleep when our beds are burning"

Out where the river broke
The bloodwood and the desert oak
Holden wrecks and boiling diesels
Steam in forty five degrees

The time has come
To say fairs fair
To pay the rent
To pay our share
The time has come
A facts a fact
It belongs to them
Lets give it back

How can we dance when our earth is turning
How do we sleep when our beds are burning

Four wheels scare the cockatoos
From kintore east to yuendemu
The western desert lives and breathes
In forty five degrees

(live - on scream in blue
The time has come
A facts a fact
It belongs to us all
Lets give it back)

24° km - Cosmic Girl

di David Casalini (21/11/2006)

Jamiroquai - Travelling without moving

I must've died and gone to heaven
Cos it was a quarter past eleven
On a Saturday in 1999
Right across from where I'm standing
On the dance floor she was landing
It was clear that she was from another time
Like some baby Barbarella
With the stars as her umbrella
She asked me if I'd like to magnetise
Do I have to go star-trekking
Cos it's you I should be checking
So she lazer beamed me with her cosmic eyes

She's just a cosmic girl
From another galaxy
My heart's at zero gravity
She's from a cosmic world
Putting me in ecstasy
Transmitting on my frequency
She's cosmic

I'm scanning all my radars
We'll she said she's from a quasar
Forty thousand million light years away
It's a distant solar system
I tried to phone but they don't list 'em
So I asked her for a number all the same
She said, step in my transporter
So I can teleport ya
All around my heavenly body
This could be a close encounter
I should take care not to flounder
Sends me into hyperspace, when I see her pretty face

She's just a cosmic girl
From another galaxy
My heart's at zero gravity
She's from a cosmic world
Putting me in ecstasy
Transmitting on my frequency
She's cosmic
Sends me into hyperspace when I see her pretty face
Sends me into hyperspace when I see her pretty face
Sends me into hyperspace when I see her pretty face
Sends me into hyperspace when I see her pretty face
Sends me into hyperspace when I see her pretty face
Sends me into hyperspace when I see her pretty face
Sends me into hyperspace when I see her pretty face
Sends me into hyperspace when I see her pretty face

She's just a cosmic girl
From another galaxy
Transmitting on my frequency yeah cosmic, oh
Can't you be my cosmic woman?
I need you, I want you to be my cosmic girl
For the rest of time (Fade)

23° km - You can do Magic

di David Casalini (26/10/2006)

America - America Live (1977)

You can have anything that you desire

I never believed in things that I couldnt see
I said if I cant feel it then how can it be
No, no magic could happen to me
And then I saw you

I couldnt believe it, you took my heart
I couldnt retrieve it, said to myself
Whats it all about
Now I know there can be no doubt

You can do magic
You can have anything that you desire
Magic, and you know
Youre the one who can put out the fire

You know darn well
When you cast your spell you will get your way
When you hypnotize with your eyes
A heart of stone can turn to clay
Doo, doo, doo ...

And when the rain is beatin upon the window pane
And when the night it gets so cold, when I cant sleep
Again you come to me
I hold you tight, the rain disappears
Who would believe it
With a word you dry my tears

You can do magic
You can have anything that you desire
Magic, and you know
Youre the one who can put out the fire

You know darn well
When you cast your spell you will get your way
When you hypnotize with your eyes
A heart of stone can turn to clay
Doo, doo, doo ...

And if I wanted to
I could never be free
I never believed it was true
But now its so clear to me

You can do magic
You can have anything that you desire
Magic, and you know
Youre the one who can put out the fire

You know darn well
When you cast your spell you will get your way
When you hypnotize with your eyes
A heart of stone can turn to clay
Doo, doo, doo ...

Youre the one who can put out the fire
Youre the one who can put out the fire
Youre the one who can put out the fire ...

22 ° km - Jump (3' 58")

di David Casalini (11/10/2006)

Madonna, Joe Henry, Stuart Price - Confessions on a danceflor (2006)

never look back

e soprattutto

The more that you wait, the more time that you waste

e mi viene in mente Neruda

Lentamente muore

Lentamente muore chi diventa schiavo dell'abitudine, ripetendo ogni

all'errore e ai sentimenti.

There’s only so much you can learn in one place
The more that I wait, the more time that I waste

I haven’t got much time to waste, it’s time to make my way
I’m not afraid of what I’ll face, but I’m afraid to stay
I’m going down my own road and I can make it alone
I'll work and I'll fight, Till I find a place of my own

Are you ready to jump?
Get ready to jump
Don’t ever look back, oh baby,
Yes, I’m ready to jump
Just take my hands
Get ready to jump

We learned our lesson from the start, my sisters and me
The only thing you can depend on is your family
And life’s gonna drop you down like the limbs of a tree
It sways and it swings and it bends until it makes you see

Are you ready to jump?
Get ready to jump
Don’t ever look back, oh baby
Yes, I’m ready to jump
Just take my hands
Get ready to, are you ready?

(Spoken:)
There’s only so much you can learn in one place
The more that you wait, the more time that you waste

I'll work and I'll fight till I find a place of my own
It sways and it swings and it bends until you make it your own

I can make it alone(my sisters and me) (repeat 7x)

Are you ready to jump?
Get ready to jump
Don’t ever look back, oh baby
Yes, I’m ready to jump
Just take my hands
Get ready to jump

Are you ready to jump?
Get ready to jump
Don’t ever look back, oh baby
Yes, I’m ready to jump
Just take my hands
Get ready to, are you ready?
